"Was happy with the ease of booking and confirmation. The driver called a few minutes before to tell us he had arrived, which was good service.
Only thing is on the website - it adds a £1.50 SMS booking confirmation, which I did not notice beforehand to take off.
Otherwise, the whole process was very smooth.
